TELANGANA MAHAGARJANA dec 16......

The TRS is leaving no stone unturned to make massive arrangements for its ensuing ‘Maha Garjana' scheduled to be held here at warangal on December 16 like a corporate giant.
Under the direct supervision of none other than party president K. Chandrasekhar Rao, the district unit leaders are taking all precautions in making fool proof arrangements for lakhs of people expected to attend the meetings from various districts of Telangana region.
Telangana Advocates Association president Gudimalla Ravi Kumar said 120 generators, 120 mobile water tankers, wireless sets to those engaged in works, 3,000 volunteers, 100 doctors and scores of medical camps formed part of the arrangements.

On the outskirts of Hanamkonda town, the TRS party had levelled and cleaned nearly 800 acres of land, the venue of the meeting. The ground, according to Mr. Ravi Kumar, is big enough to accommodate nearly 20 lakh people.
The party has laid eight roads from different directions leading to the meeting venue, besides sinking more than a dozen borewells. “Our leader, Mr. K. Chandrasekhar Rao, has instructed us to make good arrangements, particularly for parking vehicles. Those coming on various modes of transport can easily come and go out without any hassle,” Mr. Ravi Kumar said.
The party has also booked some function halls and school buildings to accommodate public arriving a day early for the meeting. Nearly 50 cultural troupes were going round the villages in various districts campaigning for the ‘Maha Garjana'.

labour fetches 3 lakh for KCR.....

Warangal, Nov. 24: Ahead of Telangana Rashtra Samiti’s scheduled Maha Garjana on December 9 at a private land on Hunter Road, TRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao inspected the meeting site with party leaders to oversee arrangements on Wednesday.
During his inspection at the 1,000 acre open land for the meeting, KCR directed party leaders to look into all possible aspects of crowd management.
On Wednesday, as part of the preparation for the mega meeting, the TRS chief worked at three different places and raised Rs 3 lakh to meet expenses for the Maha Garjana.
Simultaneously, city TRS leaders too worked at various places to raise funds. The TRS chief made his first stopover at Rampur village in Station Ghanpur, where he worked alongside workers at a rice mill loading gunny sacks filled with paddy.
For his efforts, M. Sampath Rao, on behalf of the Telangana Rice Millers Association, paid Rs 1 lakh to KCR. Later, Mr Chandrasekhar Rao worked at an building site at Kazipet chowrasta carrying cement bags and was paid Rs 1 lakh for his work.
While on his way to address a public meeting at Inovolu at Wardhanapet, KCR again worked at Bollikunta in Sangem mandal shifting gravel at a road laying site and was paid Rs 1 lakh. “TRS party workers managed to earn Rs 10 lakh on the first day of our fund-raising ‘Kuli Pani' programme for December 9 Maha Garjana in a few Telangana districts including Adilabad and Warangal,” Mr Chandrasekhar Rao told media persons at Hunter Road, Warangal. The fund-raising drive, sources said, would continue for two more days.
In Karimnagar, TRS leaders “earned” Rs 1,11,400 by working as labourers in the town. Led by party MLC N. Laxman Rao, party leaders including district general secretary Edla Ashok, youth wing president Katla Satish, women’s wing chairperson Gurram Padma and others worked hotels, rice mills, petrol bunks, tea stalls and as hamalis during the day.
The fund raising programme was also held at various towns and mandals in the district.
